Lord, help me to not be intimidated
by the accomplishments of others.
When I see their long list of credits,
I am tempted to say, "I'll never be that good."
Instead of envying others,
help me to focus on my gifts.
Help me to polish them and use them
the best way I know how for Your glory.
Help me to be content with small beginnings,
trusting You to open bigger doors
in Your perfect timing.
